Return and refund policy

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

  • Certain items, such as customised or personalised products, may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at help@enginesale.shop.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is related to a defect or an error made by ENGINE SALE. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. After shipment, the standard return process applies.
