Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Deliveries: 3–7 business days

  • EU Deliveries: 5–12 business days

  • International Deliveries: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (when applicable).
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to international shipments.
ENGINE SALE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Countries or regions under trade or shipping restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain items depending on courier limitations)

If an address cannot be delivered to, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:

  1. Check with neighbours or local post office.

  2. Wait 24 hours in case of delayed delivery scans.

  3. Contact us if the order is still missing.

ENGINE SALE is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.
We cannot modify the address once the order has been dispatched.


8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed parcel

  • Delivery refusal

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
